About me

If someone asked me who I am grateful for helping me become the person I am today, I would name my daughter, Delia. She was, and still is one of the biggest teachers in my life.

When she was around 3 years old, she had respiratory diseases and tonsillitis every two weeks. After several doses of antibiotics and tonsillectomy, she was coughing, had asthmatic symptoms and the medical professionals did not have a solution.

I wanted to find out why she was getting sick again and again, and why other children were not. I soon realized that we had to deal with her sickness not only on the physical level but emotional and psychosomatic level.

Here is where my journey begin.

About me

If I were asked who I am grateful for being the person who I am today, I would name my daughter, Delia. She was and she is still one of my biggest teachers in my life.

When she was around 3 years old, she had respiratory diseases and tonsillitis in every two weeks.

I was researching and learning about psychosomatic diseases: how the psyche, and the dysfunctional family, as a system, can also cause childhood physical illnesses. I did not like the information that I found through my research, because it was too evident and hurtful. I recognized that I had to work on myself and on my whole family to provide a healthy and emotionally safe environment for my daughter. Moreover, we tried dozens of alternative and complementary therapies, and I dig deeper in therapies which really worked well. When Delia turned 4, she was not sick anymore, no more coughing, no more allergies and no more antibiotics was necessary. I understood how our physical body and our psyche affect each other and why we can not heal one, without healing the other. Since then, all of my trainings and studies are about the psychosomatic diseases, the connection, and the healing of our body, mind and emotions.

However, I provide different psychotherapy techniques and One Brain Kinesiology session in general issues as well, my speciality is providing specific therapeutical sessions for people who experience physical symptoms due to stress, anxiety or any unknown reasons.

My educations and trainings

Another significant point in my life was when I was 34 years old and diagnosed with rectocele, rectal and bladder prolapse, urge incontinence, and experienced pain during sexual intercourse. My proctologist in Toronto scheduled me for a pelvic floor reconstruction surgery. Luckily, I was able to get other doctors’ opinions in Europe before the surgery. Surprisingly, my gynecologist and my gastroenterologist specialists recommended avoiding the surgery and instead, starting specific intimate gymnastic (pelvic floor exercises).

In less than a month of training my urge incontinence totally disappeared, other symptoms were gone, and I experienced no more discomfort during intercourse. I decided to become an intimate gymnastic trainer and was able to teach the intimate gymnastic in Europe, Canada and the USA for several years. In addition to the intimate gymnastic training I took several trainings and courses related to the pelvic floor, pelvic floor issues and strengthening the pelvic floor. While I was enjoying those exercises I easily recognized that most of the trainings were focusing only on our muscles and organs. They fail to consider trauma, verbal or sexual abuse and  other negative emotions, such as shame, guilt and unsuccessfulness connected to our private parts and sexual organs. Thus, the pelvic floor trainings are not able to address, unwrap or heal the emotional part.

Therefore, I created trauma informed, evidence based, complex, integrative, and wholistic approach pelvic care trainings and workshops for women, men, teens and children. Everybody can successfully heal their sexual organs,  pelvic floor muscles and unwrap the negative emotions related to these sensitive body parts. All of the trainings and workshops include elements from CBT, DBT, Mindfullnes, Solution focus therapy and integrated with trauma informed, modern and ancient pelvic strengthening, and sexual organ healing exercises from all over the world.

These workshops are built around different topics such as menopause, Endometriosis/PCOs, Erection Dysfunction, infertility, sexual difficulties bed wetting…
